Roasted Onion and Pumpkin Dip
A spicy hot or cold pumpkin dip. Made in New Zealand for all natural ingredients.
Recipe
1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin
125gm sour cream
1 roasted onion and pumpkin dip mix
Mash hot pumpkin, allow to cool slightly, stir through sour cream and dip sachet contents. Stand for 30 mins. HOT DIP - Re-heat in microwave for 1 min. COLD DIP - Refrigerate until cold. serve with carrot sticks, corn chips or as a topping on crostini.
